Orlando Lakefront on Lake Fairview a bird sanctuary is a growing tiny house community (THC). We are a revitalized 1950’s RV park that welcomes tiny housers to park legally and enjoy the tiny life. We offer a solution to one of the key obstacles to living tiny: “Where do I park my tiny house?” At Orlando Lakefront, you can legally park your tiny house on wheels among neighboring tiny housers, while enjoying full hook-ups to park utilities.

Reflective of the spirit of the tiny house social movement, Orlando Lakefront is a real grassroots effort to organically grow a tiny house community from the ground up. Currently, we have 45 THOWs (Tiny Houses On Wheels) and 2 tiny houses on foundations. 47 tiny houses in all. THers (tiny housers) are welcome to join our THC and help us build a big community as we live tiny.

Amenities at our tiny house community include a boat dock, fishing docks, a laundromat, a community garden, and a green park right on the lakefront for your tiny house pets! Lot leases are the most reasonably priced in the area, ranging from $565 to $765 per month, depending on location in the park. Although residents live in the community, length of stay is flexible with nightly and weekly rates (for those THers that are on the road). We’re on wheels, after all!
